Paris Museums

It is said that someone could see everything in the Louvre in 200 days. I tried to do it in one.

I visited the Louvre, the musee de l'orangerie and musee d'orsay. I checked my step counter at the end of the day and I had walked over 20 miles. My feet were sore but I was determined to see as much as I could.

I saw the Mona Lisa, Rembrandts, Van Gogh Paintings but the most impressive one is the one painting I didn't take a picture of.

The one painting I fell in love with is what I can only describe as a 17th century Dutch painting of a boy stealing a chicken from a bakery/small shop while the shop owner helps a customer from the shop entrance/window.

I was mesmerized, enchanted, something about the cheeky mischief of the painting drew me in. But alas, I was so entranced that I never took a photo but its details are seared into my memory forever. I loved that painting. I hope to one day go back to the Louvre and see it again.
